Do you have a print shop in Salt Lake City?
No. Conquer Printing runs a single shop in North Highlands, California. Every Utah order is printed and quality-checked in-house and then shipped — orders typically reach the Wasatch Front in about 1–2 business days once they leave us.
What's the difference between DTF and DTG?
DTG prints ink directly into the fabric, which works best on 100% cotton and gives a very soft finish. DTF prints onto a film that's heat-pressed on, so it also works on polyester, blends, and performance fabrics. For most Utah outdoor and athletic apparel — which is rarely pure cotton — DTF is the one that applies.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Because there are no screens to burn, a single piece is viable. Screen printing has a 12-piece minimum for exactly that reason — the setup has to be spread across the run.
When should we use screen printing instead?
Once you're past roughly 50–70 pieces of the same design, screen printing usually wins on price per piece, and it holds up better over years of washing. DTF and DTG win on short runs, full-color artwork, and anything you want to reprint on demand.
How many colors can our design have?
As many as you like. Neither method charges per color, so a photograph costs the same to print as a one-color logo. That's the main reason detailed artwork ends up here rather than on a screen press.
Will it hold up to washing?
Yes, when it's washed inside out in cold water and tumble dried low. A well-pressed DTF transfer will outlast the garment in normal use. It is still less durable than screen printing on a long, hard-worn run — which is the honest trade for the flexibility.
